BARTLETT COMMONS
Bartlett Commons is located on approximately 1.69 acres and includes 62 units in a mix of two- and three-story buildings.

An elevator in the centrally-located community building connects to two adjacent buildings to the East and West, resulting in ground level or elevator access to 47 out of the 62 units.

Bartlett includes a large community building which will have on-site property management offices, a recreation area for tenants, fitness room, and classroom. The community will also have an on-site laundry facility and space dedicated for Resident Services.
The site plan has plenty of open spaces, including a central courtyard in front of the community building which will have a playground for children.
Units will each have their own patio of at least 48 square feet, individually controlled central heating and air conditioning, and energy efficient appliances including a refrigerator, stove, garbage disposal and dishwasher.
THE CANNERY
The idea for living at The Cannery is pure and natural: Surround homes with parks and a working farm. The parks and open space energize the residents and the farm feeds the community.
Residents of Bartlett Commons will benefit from all the amenities at The Cannery including public parks and open spaces including the adjacent Market Park, and an extensive network of bike and walking paths, as well as use of the private clubhouse – “The Ranch House” – upon entering into an agreement and paying appropriate fees with the Cannery Neighborhood Association.
