Bartlett Commons is located on approximately 1.69 acres and includes 62 units in a mix of two- and three-story buildings.

An elevator in the centrally-located community building connects to two adjacent buildings to the East and West, resulting in ground level or elevator access to 47 out of the 62 units.

Bartlett includes a large community building which will have on-site property management offices, a recreation area for tenants, fitness room, and classroom. The community will also have an on-site laundry facility and space dedicated for Resident Services.

 

The site plan has plenty of open spaces, including a central courtyard in front of the community building which will have a playground for children.
